Do you offer international shipping?

At this time we only offer international shipping to the Netherlands, Germany, United Kingdom and the USA.

Can I change my order once it's been submitted?

Of course, if you will tell us about it immediately after the order is placed in order to do this. We recommend writing to us within the first 2 hours of placing the order to make sure that the changes are made before the order is shipped.

How do I apply a discount code to my order?

Discount codes can be applied on the last page of your checkout process before you confirm your order (on the right-hand side). While we don't have active discount codes very often, we do advertise them when we do.

What are the ways to pay in your store?

You can pay with Visa/MasterCard/AMEX and of course with Apple Pay if you have iPhone. We are working now to add more payment providers for your comfort. All payments are done securely with world-class payment provider Stripe

What's about delivery?

When it's about delivery, 8-12 days depending on where you live, we know it's not super, but we do our best to make it much quicker, just give us some time!
